Order with confidence: here is how we handle size/colour exchanges and returns.

Size or colour exchange
- Within 3 days of delivery inside Türkiye.
- Item must be new, unworn and unwashed, with tags and original packaging.
- Exchanges in store are free; shipping for exchanges is paid by the customer.
Manufacturing fault or wrong item
- Let us know within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- We replace the item or refund it, and we cover the shipping.
- We check every item before shipping to keep this rare.
Wholesale series & international orders
- We photograph your series before shipping to confirm style, colour and sizes.
- After international shipping, returns are accepted for manufacturing faults only.
- International shipping costs for exchanges are agreed in advance on WhatsApp.
Not eligible for exchange
- Discounted / clearance items.
- Socks and underwear, for hygiene reasons.
- Items that have been worn or washed.
How to request an exchange
